How much does it cost to rent a mobile sauna in Calgary?
Our Calgary mobile sauna rental pricing varies by duration. We offer single-night rentals, weekend packages, and full-week wellness retreats. Standard rates typically start at $380 per night, which includes delivery, setup, and premium firewood. Contact us for a custom quote for events in Calgary, Cochrane or Airdrie.

Where do you deliver your mobile saunas?
We primarily serve the greater Calgary area, including downtown, deep south, and surrounding neighborhoods. We also provide delivery to Cochrane, Okotoks, and Airdrie. Note: Deliveries outside Calgary city limits may incur a small travel fee.

How many people can fit in the sauna?
Our premium cedar mobile sauna comfortably accommodates 10 to 12 adults per session. It’s the perfect size for backyard socials, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or corporate wellness events.

2. Sauna Setup & Logistics

What are the space requirements for a mobile sauna delivery?
We need a relatively flat, stable surface for the trailer, such as a driveway or a firm backyard space. The unit requires approximately 16 feet of clearance in length, 12 feet in height and 9 feet in width. Because we use a tow vehicle, please ensure there is a clear path for a truck and trailer to navigate.

Does the sauna require electricity or a water hookup?
Our units are authentic wood-fired saunas, meaning they can operate completely off-grid. However, we do require a standard 110V plugin (extension cord) to power the interior and exterior LED lighting for evening sessions.

A water hookup is required for use of the option cold plunge. 

How long does it take to heat up?
Because our saunas are built with superior insulation for the Alberta winter, they heat up quickly. Depending on the outdoor temperature, it usually takes 45 to 60 minutes to reach an optimal heat of 70°C to 90°C (158°F to 194°F).

3. Mobile Sauna - Safety & Usage

Is the sauna safe to use in a Calgary winter?
Yes. In fact, that is when they are best. Our mobile units are specifically engineered for high-heat retention in sub-zero weather. Unlike barrel saunas, our insulated wood-fired units maintain a consistent "deep-tissue" heat even during a -20°C Calgary cold snap.

Is firewood included in my rental?
Every Stag and Stone rental includes a starter supply of premium, kiln-dried firewood. If you are booking a multi-day rental, we can provide extra wood bundles for an additional fee.

Can I use the sauna for "Contrast Therapy" or Cold Plunges?
Absolutely. Many of our Calgary clients use our mobile sauna alongside our available cold plunge tub or even a simple snow dip for contrast therapy. This is excellent for muscle recovery, circulation, and stress relief.
